Single dosing on the Anfim Best On Demand and Haus
The Anfim Best runs 54 mm steel burrs with a bean hopper holding around 0.4 kg. It is the compact end of Anfim’s range — built for lower volume bars and for home use, where a smaller burr set and a smaller hopper make sense.
Even at 400 g, though, a hopper is a hopper. If you are weighing single doses it holds far more than you need, and any beans left in it between sessions are going stale while they wait.
How this changes the workflow
The bellows hopper takes the stock hopper’s place. Load one weighed dose, grind it, then press the silicone bellows — the air pushes grounds sitting in the burr chamber and chute down and out, rather than leaving them to join your next dose. On a 54 mm grinder the volumes involved are small, but so are the doses, which is exactly why the carry-over is noticeable.
Version 3
Every unit we ship today is Version 3. The bellows is a custom branded, factory moulded silicone part — it is no longer 3D printed, as our earlier versions were.

Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
