Returns Eligibility:

• The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip.
• The item must not be marked as non-returnable on the product detail page.
• The item meets one or more of the following conditions:
  • It was physically damaged upon delivery.
  • It has missing parts or accessories.
  • It does not match the item that was ordered.

Return Process:

• Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Shipping Providers and Fees:

• Malaysia Domestic Shipping: We use Pgeon or Poslaju as our shipping providers. Enjoy free shipping for all domestic orders.

• Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 2 to 5 days.

• Singapore Shipping: We use Teleport for shipping to Singapore. A flat rate of RM15 is applicable for all orders.

• Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 5 to 10 days.

• International Shipping: We offer economy shipping via BPost for orders outside Malaysia. A flat rate of RM40 is charged.

• Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 20 to 30 days.
