At LESBREW COFFEE, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund, as per the following policy:

If something is wrong with your order

• Contact us at ask@lesbrew.coffee within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching photos of the problem. This covers items that arrived damaged, have missing parts, or are not what you ordered.
• We will send a replacement part, a full replacement, or issue a refund. In most cases you will not need to post anything back to us.
• Where we do ask for an item to be returned in these cases, we pay the return shipping.

Fitment

• Our hoppers are made for specific grinders, but tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment is sometimes needed to seat one correctly. This is normal and is not a fault. Contact us and we will help you get it fitted.

Change of mind

• You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.
• Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address.

Shipping Providers and Fees:

• Malaysia Domestic Shipping: We use Pgeon or Poslaju as our shipping providers. Enjoy free shipping for all domestic orders.

• Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 2 to 5 days.

• Singapore Shipping: Rates are quoted live at checkout, based on parcel weight and the courier you choose.

• Estimated Delivery Timeframe: varies by courier, typically 5 to 10 days.

• Shipping outside Malaysia is quoted live at checkout. We obtain rates through EasyParcel from carriers including Aramex, FedEx, SF Express and EMS, so the price depends on your destination, the parcel weight and the courier you choose. You will see the exact amount before you pay. If no live courier rate is available for your destination, a standard international rate is applied instead.
