Born out of a love for coffee and a determination to reduce waste, LESBREW COFFEE was founded by Leslie Chan in 2021. Leslie, a coffee enthusiast himself, designed and developed our signature product - the bellows hopper, after his wife pointed out the wastage of coffee grounds during the grinding process. Each component is meticulously crafted, from the food-safe silicone bellows to the non-toxic PLA connector, lid, and locking ring, and the TPU gasket - all to ensure you get the best out of your brew without wastage.

Our bellows hopper is a game-changer in tackling grinder retention - the coffee that lingers in a grinder post grinding. When you start grinding your measured coffee beans, simultaneously pump the bellows. The pumping action generates an airflow through the grinder's bean inlet, pushing out all the coffee grounds. This way, every ground coffee you get is fresh, and none is left for the next grind, ensuring a consistent and superior brew every time.

Our bellows hopper is assembled vertically with several components. It starts with a connector that attaches to the grinder's bean inlet, made from non-toxic PLA and 3D printed in-house. Above this, we have our food-safe silicone bellows moulded by an appointed factory. To prevent air leaks, we include a soft, non-toxic TPU gasket. At the top, there's a locking ring, also made from non-toxic PLA, which ensures a secure fit of the lid. Our materials are non-toxic, durable, and designed to provide an effective and safe brewing experience.

Our bellows hopper is designed to fit a wide variety of coffee grinders. However, due to the diversity in grinder designs, we recommend checking the product description or contacting us directly to confirm compatibility with your specific grinder model.
