Fits across the Obel Junior series
Obel sells the Junior in more than one configuration — the 902M on-demand electronic version and the 902MP Pulse push-button version among them. They share the same 50 mm flat burr platform and stainless steel body; what changes is how you tell the grinder to run.
This hopper is for the series rather than one specific control layout, because the part that matters here is the bean hopper mount, not the button panel.
Why the control type does not change the problem
Electronic timer or push-button pulse, both assume beans are feeding from a hopper above the burrs. Neither gives you a way to grind exactly 18 g of a specific coffee and nothing else.
Replacing the hopper does. You weigh your dose in, grind it out, then press the silicone bellows to push retained grounds through the chamber and chute rather than leaving them for the next dose. If you run more than one coffee through your Junior, that also removes the emptying-and-refilling step every time you switch.

Version 3
Every unit we ship today is Version 3. The bellows is a custom branded, factory moulded silicone part — it is no longer 3D printed, as our earlier versions were.
How it is made
- 3D printed: lid, lid lock ring, connector, air-leak prevention gasket
- Factory machine moulded: silicone bellows
Materials
- Lid, lock ring, connector: PETG hard plastic
- Air-leak prevention gasket: TPU — material info
- Bellows: factory moulded silicone
Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
