Description
Single dosing on the Rocket Fausto
The Fausto sits above the Faustino in Rocket’s range, built for heavier use. The Super Fausto is specified with 75 mm flat burrs treated with Rocket’s Red Speed coating, a 500 g bean hopper, burr speed around 1350 rpm and output of roughly 4 to 5 g per second, with a 2.8 inch touchscreen carrying three programmable portion buttons.
We have quoted those figures for the Super Fausto specifically, because that is the model they are published against. Rocket has sold more than one grinder under the Fausto name and we would rather attribute a number correctly than let you assume it applies to yours — check your own machine if the burr diameter matters to your purchase.
Why it suits a single dose workflow
Larger burrs mean a larger chamber and more surface for grounds to rest on between doses. This hopper replaces the bean hopper so each dose goes in weighed and on its own, and the silicone bellows lets you push the retained material out after grinding rather than carrying it into the next shot. If you are using a Fausto at home or to dial in roasts, that removes both the bulk hopper and the between-dose carry-over.

- Factory machine moulded: silicone bellows
Materials

Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
