Description
Single dosing on the Fiorenzato F64 and T80
The F64 EVO runs 64 mm flat burrs — Fiorenzato’s Dark-T profile — at around 1550 rpm from a 350 W motor, standing about 615 mm tall and weighing roughly 13 kg. The bean hopper holds about 1.5 kg. The T80 sits above it in the range as the larger-format machine.
These are bar grinders. A 1.5 kg hopper is sized so that a cafe fills it in the morning and works down through it, and everything about the grinder assumes a steady feed of the same bean.
The mismatch when you single dose
Weighing individual doses turns that hopper into a liability: beans sit and stale, and every coffee change means emptying and refilling. This hopper replaces it so you load one dose at a time. After each grind, pressing the silicone bellows pushes grounds out of the burr chamber and chute instead of leaving them to blend into the next dose — which matters more on a 64 mm burr set than on a small home grinder, because there is simply more chamber for grounds to sit in.

Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
