Single dosing on Eureka’s commercial grinders
This hopper fits Eureka’s larger-format machines: the Zenith, Drogheria, Firenze and Olympus 75E. The Zenith 65E runs 65 mm flat burrs with stepless adjustment; the Olympus 75E steps up to 75 mm flat burrs. These are on-demand grinders designed to sit under a full hopper of beans and work through it across a service.
Used at home or for dialling in, that is the opposite of what you want. The bellows hopper replaces the stock bean hopper so each dose can be weighed in individually, ground, then cleared by pressing the silicone bellows.
Bigger burrs, more to clear
65 mm and 75 mm burr sets have a correspondingly large chamber and a longer path to the exit. That is more surface for grounds to rest on between doses, which is precisely the problem when you are switching between coffees rather than running one bean all day.
Version 3
Every unit we ship today is Version 3. The bellows is a custom branded, factory moulded silicone part — it is no longer 3D printed, as our earlier versions were.

Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
