Single dosing on the Bezzera BB005
This hopper is cut to fit the Bezzera BB005. We have not printed burr diameter or hopper capacity on this page, because we could not find a manufacturer specification for the BB005 that we would stand behind. Borrowing figures from a neighbouring Bezzera model and presenting them as yours would be worse than saying nothing — check Bezzera’s own documentation for your machine.
What the hopper does
It replaces the standard bean hopper with one sized for a single dose. Weigh the beans you intend to grind, load only those, and grind them out. Pressing the silicone bellows afterwards sends air through the burr chamber to push out grounds that would otherwise wait there for your next dose.
Who it is for
Anyone weighing doses rather than grinding from a full hopper — home espresso, dialling in a new bag, or running several coffees through one machine. It removes the need to empty a hopper before every bean change, and stops beans sitting above the burrs going stale between sessions.
Version 3
Every unit we ship today is Version 3. The bellows is a custom branded, factory moulded silicone part — it is no longer 3D printed, as our earlier versions were.

Fitting
This hopper is made for the grinder named on this page. Fit tolerances vary between units and production runs, so minor adjustment may be needed to seat it perfectly on your grinder. Every unit is covered by our 2 year warranty.
