Single dosing on the Barsetto BAE-01 and BAE-02
This hopper fits both the BAE-01 and BAE-02, which share the mount it is cut for. Barsetto sit in the home and prosumer end of the market, and their grinders are typically bought by people setting up espresso at home rather than running a bar.
Burr and hopper figures are not listed on this page because we could not verify them against a manufacturer source. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with a guess.
Built for how home grinders get used
A home grinder rarely runs one coffee for weeks. It gets a bag of something, then a gift bag of something else, then whatever the local roaster had. Every one of those changes means emptying the hopper.
Replacing it with a single dose hopper removes that entirely: you weigh what you need, grind it, and the grinder is immediately ready for a different coffee. Pressing the silicone bellows after each grind clears the burr chamber, so the change actually tastes like a change.
Version 3
Every unit we ship today is Version 3. The bellows is a custom branded, factory moulded silicone part — it is no longer 3D printed, as our earlier versions were.
